Vincent (Chi) Fung
Managing Partner, VIF Capital Partners · Partner, IBIS Capital Ltd.

Vincent is an investor, operator, and cross-border M&A advisor with over 20 years of experience in EdTech, healthcare technology, and consumer technology. Earlier in his career, he served as Investment Director at NetDragon Websoft (HKSE: 0777), where he led the company's global EdTech investment strategy — including the $138M acquisition of Promethean World, the global leader in interactive classroom technology, and the acquisition of Jumpstart Games. Under his tenure, NetDragon's education business grew into a $500M+ publicly listed platform in the US, becoming one of China's most significant EdTech success stories. Prior to NetDragon, Vincent held product, sales, and marketing leadership roles at IBM and PwC Consulting. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School (Dean's Honor List) and a BBA in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
